Data retention
How long each type of data is kept and how to remove it.
Retention windows
- Raw retrieved comments: 90 days.
- Normalised comments used as report evidence: retained while the report exists.
- Reports and report versions: retained while your account is active.
- Usage and audit records: 24 months.
Removing data
- Delete individual sources or reports at any time.
- Request a full export or full deletion from Settings; both are processed within 30 days.
