Privacy policy
How Comment Intelligence Engine collects, stores, and deletes the data used to produce reports.
What we collect
- Your account email and profile details.
- Links and files you submit for analysis, and the comments retrieved from them through official platform APIs.
- Usage records such as which analyses you ran and how many comments were processed.
How comment data is used
- Retrieved comments are processed to produce your report and are stored so you can revisit the evidence behind each finding.
- Comment authors are anonymised by default. Public display names are shown only if you turn that option on.
- We do not sell comment data and we do not use your data to train external models.
Retention and deletion
- Raw comment data is retained for 90 days by default; reports are retained for as long as your account is active.
- You can delete a source, a report, or your entire account from Settings. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
Third parties
- Official platform APIs (YouTube Data API) to retrieve authorised comments.
- An AI processing provider for analysis. Comment text is sent for processing and is not used for provider model training.
- A hosted database and authentication provider for storage and sign-in.
Your rights
- Request an export of your data, request deletion, or withdraw platform authorisation at any time from Settings.
