The rules for using Comment Intelligence Engine.
The service
- Comment Intelligence Engine analyses publicly available comments you are authorised to access and produces an evidence-linked report.
- Reports summarise what commenters said. They are not verified facts, professional advice, or a substitute for your own judgement.
Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to submit any content you upload.
- You must comply with the terms of any platform whose comments you analyse.
- You must not use the service to harass, deanonymise, or profile individuals.
Limits and availability
- Plan limits apply to analyses, sources, and comment volumes.
- Platform APIs may restrict access to comments; some sources cannot be analysed.
Liability
- The service is provided as is. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a report.
